New Offices and Workshops

A leading international manufacturing company approached the architects for assistance with determining the feasibility of a phased development of their site to provide new offices, workshops and storage.

The development would dramatically improve the existing, typically 1960s stock buildings accommodation to energy saving, green buildings designed to meet new working patterns and manufacturing standards. The new buildings would provide increased flexibility in line with future changes in the industry, and allow the company to develop new initiatives.

A full architectural visualisation was presented to the board of management for consideration, together with phasing proposals and a full cost budget plan for the works, which took into account specific servicing requirements for the new building.
